Recommended Use:
This app is not geared towards recording every CrossFit™ workout you do. While you could use it for that, we encourage you to keep it simple and just track your benchmark WODs, weights on barbell lifts and unbroken reps on skills. If there is a particular workout you periodically repeat, log that. If you’re using a new weight on thrusters in a WOD, log the thruster weight and reps, but not necessarily the entire workout. You’ll avoid data overload and only record meaningful information that will help you pick weights for your next WOD.
